One of the most recent additions to Netflix was our beloved series Babylon Berlin. This high budget series is one of the best period dramas of our time. Full of drama and suspense, Babylon Berlin will keep any viewer on their toes. Two seasons of Babylon Berlin have aired on television in Germany on Sky 1 Network. Initially both seasons one and two of Babylon Berlin were available to watch stream on Netflix. Now if you take a look at the series on Netflix there is only one season available. Why is this? I set out to answer this question.

Why isn’t Babylon Berlin Season 2 on Netflix Anymore? What Happened to Season 2?

Fans of the series Babylon Berlin, including myself, were sort of pissed when they found out that there is now only one season of Babylon Berlin available to watch on Netflix. When Netflix first added the series, there were two seasons of the show available. The question was raised: “why is there only one season of Babylon Berlin on Netflix?”. I looked into this question and have determined that season 2 of Babylon Berlin is still available to watch on Netflix. Both season 1 and season 2 have been consolidated into a single season consisting of sixteen episodes as apposed to two seasons each consisting of eight episodes. This is a relief for those who may have thought that season two had been removed leaving only one season of Babylon Berlin available to watch on Netflix.
